The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), through the Regional Agency for Agriculture and Food (ARAA) based in Lomé, and with the financial support of the French Agency Développement (AFD), proposes to subsidize local, national, regional or international for the realization of innovative projects in favor of improving food and nutrition security in West Africa.
Two themes are targeted by this Call for Proposals (CfP): resilient agricultural production techniques; Employment and vocational training for rural youth.
